Earl Grey Lodge's Restaurant offers a fine dining
experience for all. The kitchens provide a Table d'hote menu
Monday to Wednesday between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm, Tasting menu
on Thursdays at 7.00 pm and a set fine dinning menu on Friday
and Saturday at 7.00 pm which caters for residents, private groups
and guests. The open plan design allows guests to visit the bar
area for pre-dinner a cocktail while viewing the preparation
of their food. The Chefs are available to discuss the menu while
you watch them prepare your meal.
We endeavour to provide the
best service and culinary experience in the valley. Earl Grey
Lodge has a selection of musical instruments including a piano
for the guests enjoyment.

Booking is recommended which allows the chefs more time to concentrate
on providing excellent food all the time. We describe the evening
as a dining experience as we have one seating Thursday to Saturday
and guests can relax and enjoy their meal in peace. We practice
European clearing of the tables and only remove plates when all
at the table have finished. The Lodge is fully licensed and has
