Marc LeBlanc, Executive Chef at the Lodge has just returned
from travelling in Honduras and Costa Rica to create a new
menu for summer 2007. Marc was born in New Brunswick and worked
all over the Maritimes. Marc joined the Lodge in 2005 and has
changed and improved the menu ever since. Marc's inspiration
behind the $45.00 table d'hote menu has created lots of interest
this summer with local residents driving from Invermere to
the Panorama to enjoy his food.
Marc says that Thursday is his favourite day to cook, due
to the Tasting Menu and the freedom this allows him to really
excel while using the freshest local ingredients.
Marc is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Canada. PEI
