Greys Restaurant offers fine dining along specialty nights, a la carte and an apre ski menu all. We open at 4.00 pm Monday to Friday with an a la carte menu and have apres ski from 4.00 pm with a set 3 course fine dining menu on Saturday nights. Our format changes during summer and winter seasons and is described under the different tabs on this web site. The open plan kitchen design allows guests to visit the bar area for pre-dinner cocktails while viewing the preparation of their food. The Chef is are available to discuss the menu while you watch him prepare your meal. We endeavor to provide the best service and culinary experience in the valley. We are members of the Slow food movement and use as many local products as possible.
