Greys Restaurant offers a fine
dining experience for all. The chefs create a different menu each evenings of the week.
Our format changes during summer and winter seasons and is described under The Weekly Menu tab on this web site. The open plan
kitchen design allows guests to visit the bar area for pre-dinner
cocktails while viewing the preparation of their food.
The Chefs are available to discuss the menu while you watch
them prepare your meal.
We endeavor to provide the best service and culinary experience in the valley.
Earl Grey Lodge has a selection of musical instruments including a piano and guitar for
the guests enjoyment.

Booking is recommended which allows the chefs more time
to concentrate on providing excellent food all the time.
We describe the evening as a dining experience as we
have one seating each night and guests can
relax and enjoy their meal in peace. We practice European
clearing of the tables and only remove plates when all
at the table have finished. The Lodge is fully licensed
and has a full wine list. We accommodate allergies and dietary requirements such as vegetarians and like chef to speak directly to the person to make their evening special. We also provide an Early Bird menu from 4.00 pm - 6.00 pm for guest to enjoy Apres ski or Tapas and feed the children.
