Weddings - Earl Grey Lodge is a beautiful location for weddings and provides an ideal venue for the bride or groom's family to stay and prepare for the big day. The Lodge is situated in the main village at Panorama with easy access to all of the other accommodation and facilities. We work with you to organize every detail and have hosted weddings for 200 people with Butler style food service in the garden. Our maximum for a full seated reception inside the lodge is 60, however if you require a bigger reception we work with the resort to org anise one of their conference rooms.

Earl Grey Lodge has a wedding gazebo which is positioned on the edge of our woods and alongside our lawned area. The lodge grounds are ideal for wedding pictures. The gazebo is a reproduction of a temple found in H.R.H The Prince of Wales gardens at Highgrove Estate in Great Britain. The gazebo has been positioned to take advantage of the afternoon sun and has a paved area to the front with lawns and flower boarders. In winter the ceremonies take place in the lodge in front of the fire. You can use the gazebo in the winter but we suggest that you dress warm!

Anniversaries - We make every effort to make your anniversary or birthday special. Private table for 2 or a cocktail party for 50+. Each event is unique and we work with your to help create that special memory. Events can be held during the day or evening and we can open our doors for your special decorations. We endeavor to have the right music for the occasion and can accommodate your own special Cd's or alternatively you can plug in your Ipod and select your own choice of music (if you have agreed exclusivity).

Dinner Parties - "Dinner parties are one of the joys of modern life!"

Most restaurants do not cater for private dinner party groups who wish to meet and enjoy a night of each others company. We at Earl Grey Lodge do, this is why we call it a dinning experience.

The Difference?

Earl Grey Lodge is designed and run to provide such a locations for these evenings. The restaurant has 1 seating per night and encourages all the pre-booked guests that are dining to meet and enjoy a cocktail and hors d'Oeuvres at the bar. Due to the table d'hote menu each evening, when seated, guests immediately start their evenings enjoyment without the disruption of menus and order taking! Just like a private dinner party set in a friends home. We can organise that special menu for you given enough notice
