All the dishes are prepared and created by Marc LeBlanc in the kitchens of Greys at Earl Grey Lodge. Marc makes all our meals in the kitchen using the same ingredients that he uses to prepare the evening menu. We do not use any additives, preservatives, bought sauces or powdered ingredients.
