Marc LeBlanc, Executive
Chef at Greys Restaurant has returned for this 2009/10
ski season after an extensive holiday in Eastern Canada
visiting friends and getting new inspiration for this
years menu. The kitchens have been redesigned to provide
a 10 burner range and new freezers for our new range
of frozen food. The menu has been designed to give
home owners and guests in condos more choice and incorporates
apres style food along with meals. Marc was born in
New Brunswick and worked all over the Maritimes, Alberta
and BC. Marc joined the Lodge in 2005 and has worked
hard to develop and improved the menu ever since. Marc's
inspiration behind this winters menu has been a step
back to basics and a more rustic approach to food.
The new menu will allow us to provide a more economical
option for guests to dine at the lodge on Monday Tuesday
and Wednesday along with culinary diversity. Marc is
joined by Mitch Lacombe as Sous Chef this year.
Marc is a
graduate of the Culinary Institute of Canada. PEI
Tripadvisor Review Jan 2010
"We had only dined at Earl Grey, and we can only say that the food was superb. Clare and Phil are wonderful people and they are making sure all the time that your experience at Earl Grey is a good one.
As we like good dining, we were very happy to discover Earl Grey Lodge with its amazing restaurant, as we were otherwise not very impressed with the dining choices in Panorama.
The chef's creations are comparable to some of the finest restaurants in Montreal, Toronto and New York. The wine list is extensive, with some very good choices in there.
Thank you Clare and Phil for all your extra attention and for making our kids enjoy their nights at Earl Grey!"
